Answers:

Well, you don't say what your emotional about or how old you are. Both of these are very important to helping you.

If your less then 20, there might be a hormonal answer. This isn't to blow you off, what your experiencing is still important, even if it's hormonal - in fact perhaps even more critical that you seek intervention. If your under 20, go to your medical doctor and find out if you might have an imbalance. There might be medication that can help you. Also, many people refuse medication because it has a bad rap. OK. Doctors over medicate, however, if you have a chemical imbalance, you have a medical condition like Diabetes or cancer and medication is the answer. How desperate are you feel better?

If it's a situation that is causing the problem, perhaps you are greiving. Sometimes we need help to get through the process. Find a councillor - and if you don't like the first one - find another until you find someone who is helpful. There are talk therapies that can help you modify your thought patterns and relax.

Finally, go an get yourself some good books on meditation. It's good for clearing the mind. Get a copy of "Don't sweat the small stuff" and "Why bad things happen to good people". Join a Tai Chi class. Try Yoga. Get a massage - go to a day spa. Get yourself a copy of the Anxiety and Phobia Workbook.

What you are talking about is not just thinking to much - it's sounds to me like you might be depressed, have "Social Anxiety Disorder" or Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. Your medical doctor or a good councillor can diagnose you. The good news - all these disorders respond VERY WELL to various therapies. But only if you get the therapy.

Finally - you're not alone. You're in my friends list - so at least you have me. :) I've been exactly where you are right now. Let me know if you need me. :)
