Stress and Anxiety.....?!

Stress and Anxiety.....?

I have a friend who is stressed out with his job (sales which can be very stressful) and he also has some issues with homelife. He says he is usally always stressed out and his mind is constantly overthinking things. He also mentioned that he's lost out on sleep more recently. He is considering taking anti-anxiety drugs, but I don't think that's the best thing for him. What can I suggest to him that would take some stress away from him and that would make his outlook on life a little more positive? Thank you.


Answers:

Exercise and a better diet would make a big difference. Stress burns out your hormones, adrenals, and brain chemistry. Good food and exercise is needed to repair these things.
