Question:

I get unnecessarily angry due to stress. I was a cheerful girl.But now I kow I am not. How can I be myself?

I love my kids & family very much. Though I want to be friendly with them , I get irritated and angry unnecessarily. But I am helpless. I know I should change my behaviour , otherwise my kids will get spoiled.Please tell me how can I avoid this stress related chaous so that I can be that cheerful girl once again with all those happiness in life.

Be honest with yourself and look deep inside and work out the reason for the change, then maybe see a stress councilor. good wishes.
