How do people find each other and date or get married? There are so many males around. How can one ask me out?
How can be more special than many other females? I feel so hopeless. I am 35.

Sweetie, You just have to be patient. I met my husband after I joined the navy. He's active duty too. I didn't want to even have a boyfriend but somehow we were engaged after a week. Go figure. It happens when you lease suspect it. I'm young but my husband is eight years older than I am. He figured women were a lost cause and joined the navy so he could travel the world and bed down as many women as he could along the way. All that changed when he met me of course. But his whole life he was in horrible relationships. They cheated on him and told him he was worthless and one even hit him with the car! Just be patient. If that's not working, join some volunteer groups, get friends to set you up, make the first move and ask him out! Go to a professional dating service, join a club. There are so many things you can do. The key is to do something that will force you to meed new people. I hope my advice helped.
