I need to know if i could be on the wrong medications?

I just got out of the hospital for depression and my doctor prescribed respiridal,strattera,and a little orange capsule(for depression)of 100 mg.i always feel dizzy during the day and have headaches constantly.i feel empty,horribly empty and at night time i have depressing or morbid dreams.
