How do you stop yourself from being depressed when someone accuses something of you unfairly?
My roomates were fighting and there was a person who was pointing fingers at everyone and from there were a lot of attacks. At one point I was targeted and accused of something that I didn't do and I felt like I was a bad guy. It was extremely aggressive and the entire time I was trying to be civilized.
I know it seems silly, but I feel paralyzed everytime I am accused unfairly. I need a strategy to deal with this. I know depression is anger directed inwards, but somehow knowing doesn't help. I feel like I just want to lie in bed and not do anything for two days.

sounds like you have some sort of underlying depression. because if an episode like that debilitates you like it does me then you know somethings not quite right . im taking an herbal suppliment called st johns wort. it helps quiet my over thinking mind. i can deal with tense situations much more at ease and trust me, im in them all the time. i take 21st century brand st johns wort. i take 2 in the morning. oh i also feel more energy through the day from less worry and stress and i seem to beable to fall asleep faster and sleep through the night. i love it and ill tell the whole world about it.
