De-stressing ideas...?
I need some ideas on how to de-stress. I have an eye twitch that is driving me nuts, and today at work, the guy i am casually dating jokingly said something to me and i bust out crying, now he is semi freaked out ha and i just feel completly stupid. so any thing to help me de-stress and then also something to help me mend what happen between us. thanks everyone

Meditation and sleep help tons. Just take 15 min a day to calm yourself down, clear your mind, and listen to yourself breathing. Makine sure you get at least 8 ours of sleep too.
