I'm askin the question because I read about in a magazine and the woman used it once for performing, but I wanted to know if could be used in general. I'm asking the question because I don't know the answers for all you smart asses.

I take a beta blocker but not for shyness. I take it for a heart murmur that I have and I know I have heard that it can help with anxiety at a very low dose but it is rarely given out for that. I hope it helps you. Have you got a second opinion? Just curious as most often it is for heart conditions. Good luck~
