Normal effects of getting little or no sleep?!
Question:
Normal effects of getting little or no sleep?
On nights that I only sleep 3 or 4 hours, i usually spend the whole next day feeling hopeless, lost, confused, depressed and upset
This seems unusual since i am and always have been a very happy and optimistic person
Is that normal for deprivation of sleep?

Yeah, you're suffering from lack of sleep. Your mental health suffers the most when don't allow it to rest.
