Is anyone else on lexapro?
I haven't been on it long and I was wondering how long before you start feeling the anxiety and depression go away?

I've been on it for a year for anxiety. It did take a while to start working. I think somewhere around a month. It works slowly and it's not very dramatic. The only way I could tell if it was working would be to skip a dose and see how I felt. Don't do this..it's never good. This caused me to have severe anxiety. My best advice is to have patience with it and take it regularly.
