I feel so sad... will this go away?
It's been quite a few months for me and my Family. I have coped very well considering, but there are times where the grief and sadness just hits me out of the blue. Is this normal?
Back in October my Mom had menigitis, luckily and thank god she pulled through and is now almost back to good health. Just as Mom was given the all clear, My Gran (her Mom) passed away. (November) We all thought that was our bad luck out the way, but then my eldest brother lost his son in February- he was still born at full term.
I am finding it very hard to concentrate at work and am often grumpy at home - I just can't seem to shake it off.

Yes time is a great healer but do not bottle things up, make sure you have a good cry when you need to.
