well- to be fair, i think they are referring to meds for mental conditions, which i do take myself

I absolutely do NOT agree with their stance on psychiatry. Take as an example Jeremy Perkins and his mother Eli Perkins.

Jeremy was the mentally disturbed son of Scientologist parents who, because of the Scientology doctrine of opposing psychiatry, refused to put him on the anti-psychotic drugs that would have stabilized him & prevented him from killing his own mother, Eli Perkins.
