i feel stupidly guilty when i eat and try to avoid doing it and this is getting worse and now when im hungry i get a strange high feeling like im on top of the world in a weird way is this healthy?

As someone who has eaten their way to 320 lbs mostly in secret I now feel hungry all the time. I applaud you for seeing the signs early now take the next step and get some professional help
