Sleeping troubles?!

Sleeping troubles?

Every night I spend over 2 hours just laying there trying to fall asleep, I think about everything that day and just can't stop. If I try to think about nothing, I think about thinking of nothing.

Is there some way to help me fall asleep better? I am only 15.

you should sprinkle your pillow with lavender oil. Keep a notepad by the bed and as thoughts come into your head write them down into two lists, things you can do something about and things you cant. Say to yourself that you will deal with the 'can do' list tomorrow. Tell yourself there is no point worrying about the things you cant do anything about. You should not read or watch tv in bed cause this just wakes you up. A warm milk drink sometimes helps so does a relaxing soak in the bath. Please try to sort this problem for yourself without the aid of drugs because you can get dependent on them.
