GENES... and it could be race too. it all depends. LOL i know ima girl and all but yeah my leg hairs are light so yo ucant see em much and my eyebrows arent all that dark either but my friend? Her hair is DARK DARK so her leg hair is... yeah you already know. and its lotta hairs too, and her eyesbrows are bushy.

so its all in the genes and sometimes race
