What sort of person engages in vandalism?
Yesterday I went to a public restroom at a convenience store. When I went to wash my hands at the sink, I noticed that there was no soap in the dispenser. Out of desperation, I then went to the men's room and discovered that there wasn't even a soap dispenser in there! No pun intended, but I was really pissed off, so I complained to the store employees. One of them then apologized and restocked the soap in the ladies' room. She also explained to me that they reinstall a soap dispenser in the men's room about once every week, but some jackass keeps jerking it off the wall! Why the hell would anyone want to do that? Does anyone have any insight into the matter?

Usually mentally deficient people. What is really bad are the people who don't use proper punctuation or spell correctly. The worse thing is that the writing isn't very legible.You see this all the time in the outhouses( I work construction). The shame of it is that people are in their 30's and older. Wouldn't it be nice if the outhouses had spell check? If the person misspells words they could use spell check and maybe correct their grammar. Also it is because that something doesn't belong to them. Kind of a shame when something is provided people don't take care of something, they have to ruin for everybody else.
