Low sex drive. Can you give me any advice?

Hi folks,

I am 28 years old male, who is taking the medication called "Seroquel", and a medication called "Inderal", which lowers my adrenaline flow.

I am suffering from very low sex drive, and sex stamina.

I want to be horny as I used to be... so bad.

Can you give me some advices?

Start working out regularly it will help a lot
Working out will get your testosterone flowing which is a major factor is mens sex and you will want to do it all the time
