Is this sleep walking or what it it?
ok im jus sleeping then all of a sudden i jus sit on tha bed a stare off in to space i also have no mermoy of me doing this the olny reson i know it cause people told me i do this
It olny happend twice to me at i know of it was both when i was not sleeping in my own bad

When I was younger I used to sleep walk. I woke up one time at the other end of my bed room against the wall.
I was pretty surprised when I found myself there. Sounds like what happened to you.
The good thing was as I got older, I grew out of it. My daughter slept walked as well when she was younger , now she just talks in her sleep..
So I would say yes to your question. If it does not become a problem , I wouldn't worry about it.. More then likely you don't do it that often.
If it does become a problem , then go to a sleep disorder specialist.
