A child died within weeks of being released from this psychiatric facility. Quite simply, there is no other credible explanation. An organic brain syndrome—confusion, disorientation and decline of recent more than remote memory indicates malfunction/damage to the frontal and temporal parts of the brain. This facility showed severe negligence in thier care of this patient.
