Acyualy I cant forget him.I loved him six years more than.Now i cant do anything correctly.every moment im thinking about him.now my mind is totaly out.please help me

Give yourself time. That's a long relationship and it will take awhile to recover. Just try to keep busy, tell your friends that you need support and remember that you are in the worst of the pain now, it will get better.
I was 1 week away from getting married to my best friend when he had his mother dump me while he sat in the corner and didn't say a word. I can definitely relate to the shock, pain and loss that you are probably feeling. It sucked really bad for awhile, but I got over him eventually and you will too. Looking back on it 10 years later I realize that he did me a favor and I have a husband who really loves me and two wonderful kids that I adore. The rest of your life is waiting for you, and it will be great! Don't give up hope.
