ive been such an angry person lately like every little thing such as talking tooloud or just annoying me ill go PHYSCO im just frustrated with my friends and family b ut i get soo mad at everyone i just like running up to my room and hiding and ive been like this for 3 weeks and im nott pmsing. so i dont know whats going on? i hate being so angry but i cant help it? im not on any medications or anything and i dont know why im frustrated but i just am. and im a 16 yr old female.

It could PMT, though it is unlikily to be to that extreme.
You may be being exposure to poison or something that is making you ill. This is a classic sign of such a thing.
You should seek medical attension.
