Answers:

That's terrible! Is there anyone you can speak to about this? Can you talk to your parents?
1) You can suffocate in your sleep but it is highly unlikely unless you have a sleep disorder or someone is holding a pillow on your face.
2) It could be a phase but should not be disregarded. It could be anxiety or depression with paranoia.
3) This could have something to do with the loss of your father.
4) It is VERY unlikely that you will have a heart attack at 12.
Please try to talk to an adult in person. You don't need to suffer with this.
I am sorry for the loss of your dad. :-(

Try to talk to your mom again and help her understand that it is still a big problem for you. Maybe she didn't understand how difficult it is for you to feel what you are experiencing.
