Partial hospitalization?!

Partial hospitalization?

ok so i go to a psych hospital because my doc wants me to. well after a day of emotional hell for me-my husband and sister our insurance denied inpatient. they approved partial hospitalization. has anyone done this? my doctor wanted me there to have 24 hour observation to stabalize my meds mostly. having a tough time with anxiety and depression. this is rampant in my family. thing is i need to go back to work soon. i also need to get better soon as well. we all know the hell these disorders are. any info on tnis partial hospitalization or personal experiences would be helpful.

I spent 5 years in 2 different day programs and learned alot. Now I may need to go for a couple of weeks every 2 or 3 years. A good program is one that focuses on Cognitive Behavior. Anxiety and depression also run in my family I accept this just as I do my diabetes and take my meds and see a social worker therapist once a week.
