What does this boy have?
basically, there are two brothers. The younger brother has raped his older brother for more than two years and the older brother is scared of him. They are three years apart. As well the younger brother has killed his mother and now resides in a mental hospital where he was sent after the murder. He still haunts his older brother and it was noted that he can harm others without feel remorse or guilt. he has no emotions that normal emotions have. So basically the boy has Anti-social personality disorder. But the catch is that he is not 18 yet and this started when he was around 5 to 7 years old and now he is 14 years old. So what does he have because ADHD and CD isn´t right because they can not even begin to express the danger he causes. So which personality disorder does he have? Please give a correct answer to this because it is very important. Thankyou very much for your time.

Not without a clinical interview, sorry. It could be dissociative, it could be schizophrenia, he could be psychotic, there are even other things including physical stuff, or Bipolar. He may have multiple co-morbidity also.
