What Experiences Have You Had With Valium With Different Doses?

for social phobia

i was on valium off & on for years. i felt i only needed relief at the onset of anxiety or panic attacks. they worked quickly (under the toungue) however, after 3 0r 4 hours i would get really cranky if i didn't take it again. tho i never got hooked like a few people i knew, i wanted something i could use only when i needed it. i switched to lorazapam. it works as needed without the nasty moods. it is also considered non habit forming.
