I'm having bad headaches! Is XANAX to blame?

I'm having some really bad headaches and I'm tired! I know tiredness is a side effect, but the headaches? Also, I'm taking Lamictal with Xanax. I've read you're not suppose to take Xanax with seizure medications (though I'm on Lamictal for Bipolar II).
