Am I depressed or just pregnant?

I have been exreamly sad and stressed latley..I feel like my life is the same thing every day..I am always so tired..If I didnt have a 6 year old who needs me daily I think I would sleep the day away..When I listen to music I cry, I am always thinking of things that make me cry...I am never happy..I dont remember feeling this way with my other pregnancy..I wonder is this it, Is this all that my life has to offer me..I dont know????

I am sorry I wasnt very clear,I am 31 weeks pregnant...So I know that I am pregnant I just dont know if I am falling into a deppression or it is just hormones..thanks everyone who has replied..I guess I feel so lonley, and i am not alone I dont know.. I know I probubly dont make any sense anyways thanks for the replies...
