I take adderal for adhd..?!

I take adderal for adhd..?

My dosage is 30mg a day.. But today, I did not bring my equte nutrional drink,, I took my medication three hours ago than ate. But now I am tired. would it be okay, to go ahead and take it again? I work 12 hour days. I wouldn't not make this a habit. I still have 8 hours of work left.

So, what I guess what I am asking is.. Does this happen sometimes to anybody else.IT is a slow release.And I know I will live if I take another one. But is it common to come down off it after eating a large meal.?

food doesnt effect absorbsion of adderall. if you took it 3 hours ago you will get another"bump" in approx. 1 1/2 hours. if you take another 30mg right now your gonna get a double dose and you might not tolerate it well. i would wait until you get the bump and then see how you feel...if at that time its not doing the trick then you can take another...but remember that youve already had 30mg today and an additional 30mg will last even longer than the first dose.
