You go to the doctor and you describe exactly what you are feeling. He/she will prescribe meds, refer you to a therapist, or both.
I used to be you- I spend 10 years thinking the feeling would just go away. 6 weeks after starting medication and therapy I felt better than I ever had in my life.
Don't wait any longer. That dark cloud that is hanging over your head CAN go away!!
