What do you think causes impulses?!

Question:

What do you think causes impulses?

Sometimes I have impulses to clean, exercise, something I wouldn't normally do, just at random... its weird. Anybody else have this? What do you think causes this?

No I don't have OCD, And no I don't just wake up in the middle of the night to do stuff like this, its just random
