I think i fantasize too much. it is nice sometimes when i am just sitting and thinking, but sometimes too much

i dont fantasize about bad things, just situations etc. it keeps me from getting too bored sometimes. i tend to think internally anyway, have always been that way. any ideas on how to not be so internal? thanks.
