How can you help someone who is and alcoholic and has hit rock bottom but refuse!

How can you help someone who is and alcoholic and has hit rock bottom but refuses help?
A person I have tried so hard with through yrs to help. Is totally at the bottom ready to be homeless It really hurts me as her friend to see I have tried tuff love not speaking to her months at a time I,ve redone her home helped with everything possible finace included. convinced her to go to rehab she was in for a month,good for a month, she has also been in before. Everyone in her family has had enough they don 't speak to her no more I feel like her only hope but she doesnt treat me well either most of the time but I know shes had a real bad life which has just been even more horrifing lately because of the drunk bum company she has keep.She has been badly beaten .she recently was put in jail which I got her out after 14 days I thought that may have woke her up shes right back to the bottle . Now I think there is some phyicologicial problems she rambles on in circles talks to herself its terrifing I don,t know what to do anymore I have no more money to help she has no gas electric
Answers:
I very strongly suggest you attend some Al Anon meetings. You did your friend no service by helping her with money and getting her out of jail, etc. It keeps her from being responsible. She must learn that she and she alone is responsible for her actions and she hasn't been. Sorry but there isn't a durn thing you can do.
