Could my dad be concidered as a mental patient?
He does the weirdest stuff on earth. SERIOUSLY!!! im getting so pissed off right now! When we are sitting in the car peacfully, he turns up the volume on the music and then rolles down the windows! At night he gets drunk and turns on the music really loud! He has so much tatoo's on him that he looks like a phycopath. On my parent teacher confrences he cracks jokes that arent even funny! WTF! i mean my teacher is telling him that im failing and he is sitting over there looking like he burst out laughing any second! He needs to get serious about life!! im over here working my *** off trying to finish my project on shakespeare and he turns on my favourite movie. Is it just me or is my dad crazy? I have three older brothers and they dont even care. im tired of being the one who tells everone what to do in my house!

Your dad definitely has problems but I don't think you could have him committed as a mental patient. Unfortunately you do not need a license to have kids.
If things are that bad, have you thought of talking to the school guidance counselor. They would have access to resources. Do you have a relative that you could live with?
