I may have to talk about some pretty dark things, some of which I've done in the past. I live in Seattle.

It is completely confidential. Ever heard of "Dr. - patient confidentiality"? That applies to therapists, too. If they say anything,they lose their license. Unless you tell them you are planning to kill someone.
