believe it or not, weight doesn't really matter with most meds once you reach adulthood. As for the dosage, take the 0.5mg. Now the lecture: You shouldn't be taking drugs that are not prescribed for you. If you're having problems, talk to your doctor about it and maybe you need a prescription for yourself.
