Paxil making me feel crappy?

for alittle over a month i was takin 10mg paxil then today i started 20mg my hands were shakin and numb and my heat and blood presure was very high i just happen to be at the docotrs when i took my new pill and they said keep takin it this will pass. but all day today i have felt sick and tired and on the 10 mg i didnt feel this way they are going to keep uping my doage every month. anyone feel this way also let me know please i get really parionoid about drugs thats probaly alot of my problem.thanks
