like i said b4 im on paxil for alittle over a month now and i really have a screwed up head will I have to take it for life? i read that it puts the natural chemicals back into ur brain do they stay there?thanks for everyone advice i really appreciate it!

Hopefully you will not have to be on meds forever. Therapy coupled with medication is supposed to help treat you and get you as close to living a "normal" life as possible. Cognitive behavioral therapy is really good for treating depression and anxiety.
Meds are hard because people react differently to them all the time. You should visit this site and see how other patients are reacting to Paxil:

I really don't think you'll need to take it for life. Has it been helpful yet? I hope you will be able to successfully undergo psychotherapy and get off medication. Best of luck!
