okay here are some ways i have been taught to handle these problems. until i had my stroke and can't do it anymore i used to go to a park somewhere and power walk until i calmed down. other ways, join the ymca and swim your heart out. go into your bathroom turn all the faucets on and scream as loud as you can. beat up your pillows. write it out in a letter addressed to the person who who made you angry .really let it all out. tell them every thing they have said and done that made you angry and then burn it. try yoga. listen to cassette tapes of gentle rain falling ,sounds of the ocean, sounds of the whales. any soft music that's your favourite. see a therapist.try these and anymore that you can think of own your own.
