Fear of Heights...?!

Fear of Heights...?
For about the last 2 years or so I have developed an overwhelming fear of heights. I panic when I have to go up elevators (I work on the 3rd floor), I hate high overramps on freeways, etc. Is there any way for me to get over this? I have never been afraid of heights before. It's almost like I get dizzy. Wierd. Has this happened to anybody else?

Oh, yeah, I have had that problem for a while now. And I love roller coasters, too.
I try to challenge myself to overcome it. I try to go on rides or do activities that require me to go high up so I can face my fears... Thats what I do :).
