Something is up with me?

I do not have my period (i am young) so it is not pms. I start crying or get all aggrivated when something so small happens. Like today my grandparents told me that I could not mail this letter because it had cash in it and it is illegal to mail cash. Well, I started crying and told them to never speak to me gain. I just get so aggrivated and I don't get it.
