Can anyone help with websites for people who have Post Traumatic Stress Disorder?
My husband has been off work for 8 months,he has been for Incapacity Benefit assessment and been sighned off for 1 year. I need sites that can give me some ideas on how to try and help him and me, I am finding the stress of dealing with him and all the finacial issues is wareing me down. Thanks if you know what I an talking about and can help.

I have PTSD for which I am receiving counselling and medication.
Try the link below these people deal specifically with trauma. They have a helpline which you can call during the day and they will be more than happy to talk to you and give you advice and help.
