What are they like to be around? Can they hold regular conversations?Can any of them form relationships?Can they go thru there lives without any help?Can they operate motor vehicles?

The motor vehicles, No. The others Yes. There have been midly retarded individuals who have led healthy sexual relationships and married. Some have even had children and looked after them very well with support. Yes they can hold conversations very well indeed. They are retarded not dead.
