Anxiety attacks?
How do I cure them? Ive had them a year and they are very much stoping me from living a normal and healthy life. Ive lost weight, stoped drinking and smoking, but still get really down and cant travel get a job and its a struggle just to go into town.

I have been to the doctor and they seem to think i wont have them forever and that i can get rid of them with counciling and meds to be honest i dont know what id do if i had to deal with these for the rest of my life the past year has been absolute hell

Yes, you definitely need counseling and meds.
In the meantime, this is what I have found helps me get through attacks.
When you feel an attack coming on, instead of freaking out about it, stop, take a deep breath, and acknowledge the way that you feel. Tell yourself that you are not in real danger, that you have been through this before and survived. Remind yourself that this is just your brain acting up, that it will be over soon, and that you can ride the storm. Focus on breathing deeply and slowly.
