Ok im going to my doctor becuase i think ive got depression, so how do (after ive been to the doctors) tell my mum ive been diagnosed with depression? I will be seeing her straight after the doctors. Also, how can i best describe how i am feeling to the doctor? Thanks!

just give the doctor a list of all your symptoms and then they will decide if it is depression or not
