when we get depressed and had been treated well how do doctor know we have chemercal imbalence do doctor know by taking our blood test or what and know that you are depression or just talking to him /her about our problem...and we are treated with medication that currect it to make us feel better ....I know i feel better taking the medicne and it work well with me ,

For me it was trial and error method. I had to first take the drug to see if it helped with my problems and it did so I guess I do have a chemical imbalance.
