I like girls very much,, but i cant talk to them i am very shamed, what must i do?

i am 22, i am not handsome,, a little fat not much,, very little hair on body,, i dont attract girls like a man but they love me like a child,, i want to be a man on their eyes not young child to play with

be honest with girls. and sense of humor helps, but not too much of one. show them a different side of you and try to build up your confidence and maybe your muscles too. good luck.
