kk all my friends tell me that i say sorry way too much.. im one of those people who apolijize for everything.. even things that i have no control over.. but i dont kno what to do.. how can i even just cut down on saying sorry.. ive tried some things but none of them really seem to work...

Take it one day at a time...like rehab...tomorrow don't say 'I'm sorry at all.." If someone tells you their house burned down and their five children have nothing to eat because yesterday they also got fired from their job be sympathetic..."That is truely terrible" or "That's aweful" but don't apologize! Slowly I'll bet you find yourself only saying the words when you truely mean them!
