Do they have therapists that specialize in friendship?
my friend and i have alot of problems and she wants me to ask if they have those kinda therapists...or should we just see a regular therapist?

You can see a Marriage and Family Therapist. Even though the relationship is a friendship, these are the therapists that deal with interpersonal relationships, with both of you in the room at the same time. It is unusual however. It may be best for you to see a psychotherapist by yourself and explore why there are so many problems and why you feel that you need to preserve this friendship. Your friend can attend some sessions.
