plz im and email me and help me and see if u can be support have called cops mental health and nothing seems to help. and we dont want roommate robby to leave he needs help with meds and treatment and to want to change and help himself.

You are enabling his Very Bad behaviors by letting him stay with you. Kick him out and take care of yourselves.
You already said he is ungrateful and you are aware you CAN NOT Change or Help another person who does not want to get helped.
If he wanted help he would admit himself to a Psychiatric Facility. He has it easy living with you. What motivation is there to get better?
