Help! I think Im mad!?

Ok,Im always worried of minor things.Like maybe Im worried about my exams.I got my results, I did well.But I am worried of stupid things,like maybe,did the teacher recorded the marks wrongly,such things

Im also a very suspicious guy,I always take about the negative sides.Help!

I dont wish to see a counsellor,can I do my on my part?Thanks

Okay, first of you can relax and take a deep breath. Teachers are professionals. They are going to do things correctly, they have been trained to do so. You need to learn to be optomistic, not pessimistic. You are someone that looks at the glass as half empty instead of half full aren't you? You need to sit down and relax and fully evaluate the situation like I just said....teachers are professionals, they are trained in this field, they do it all the time, they aren't going to do it incorrectly. Just weigh the situation at hand. Sometimes if the situation doesn't look so good though, don't weigh it, just think positive. Say you didn't have any idea what your test results were....think positive...I did just fine on the test, I know I passed it, I have nothing to worry about so stop worrying. Often times you will stop worrying, and often times you will pass it. But you can't think negatively all the time, because then you become a worry wart and it reflects on your relationships as well. Just think of the glass has half full and you'll do fine...Promise.
